South Africa

Prince's Grant Golf Club and Country Estate, one of South Africa's premier golf and housing developments is situated on the exclusive Dolphin Coast, (North Coast) KwaZulu-Natal, 40 minutes north of King Shaka International Airport, within easy reach of the Northern KwaZulu-Natal game reserves and battlefield sites.

This double-storey house is situated on Southward Ho with an unobstructed view of the first green. The house is bright, airy and spacious and easily accommodates 10 people. Aluminium stacking doors open up from the lounge and dining room on to a beautiful tiled balcony with wooden balustrade and built-in braai. There is a TV with DStv Explora (with a premium package) in the lounge.

Ground Level
The modern kitchen, lounge and dining room are open plan with a dishwasher and washing machine. The tastefully furnished main bedroom is en-suite (with spa bath and shower) and has a queen size bed and TV.

On this level there is also a separate guest toilet.

Lower Level

There are three large bedrooms downstairs. One bedroom has a queen size bed and is en-suite (with bath and shower). The other two bedrooms have two single beds in each. There is a separate shower and toilet between these two bedrooms. You can relax in the second lounge on this level or watch the golfers from the covered verandah that extends onto the golf course fairway.

The cottage is separated from the main house by a landscaped garden complete with wall lights and garden bollard lighting. The cottage has its own separate entrance and is fully furnished with two single beds, bathroom (shower and toilet), TV (with DStv), microwave and small fridge.

The two bedrooms (upstairs and downstairs) are air-conditioned as well as the cottage.

Linen and towels are provided. A daily cleaning service is included in the rate.

You have full access to The Lodge, swimming pools, squash and tennis courts. Non-golfers can enjoy a kilometre and more of beach, canoeing on the private lagoon and nature walks in a birdwatchers paradise. Salt-water fly-fishing in the estuary mouth is another past-time to be enjoyed.

The beach is approximately three minutes drive from the house. Please provide your own beach towels.
